Training & Onboarding
All new Group Presidents and Social Media Coordinators must complete the official onboarding training within two weeks of accepting their roles.
Welcome Email – Includes Communities intro training video and short quiz.
Optional Additional Training – Select “Yes” on the form and email coleman.theodore@tpusa.com to schedule.
Leadership Connection – Regional Leads and City Chairs must meet with new leaders within one week of joining and invite them to the next team meeting or event.
Monthly Field Team Refresher Trainings:
● Two per month, covering topics like event planning, communication, building teams, mission alignment, and more.
