Pardon our dust. KB is Under Constuction but still usable. However, if something doesn't work right now, please contact your Field Rep with those questions.

Communication & Leadership Structure

Prev Next

Communication:

All Group leaders are required to use Telegram for official communication.

  • City Executive Teams must check Telegram daily and communicate multiple times a day.

  • Always be professional in communicating with leadership or with members.

  • Group President’s should run all plans by their Field Representative ( Field Reps).

  • Field Reps need to fill out the daily report tracker here

  • Log all communication in Airtable using the communication tracker of your designated group

  • Maintain proactive communication with leadership to ensure visibility into your priorities, progress, and ongoing work.

  • How group leaders and executive teams communicate with their group is up to their discretion (Telegram is strongly recommended).

  • If a group sets up an email account, it needs to be “tpusa_cityname_groupname@domain.com”

Reporting Structure:

Group Executive Team → Group President → Field Rep → Strategic Managers → Directors→ VP of Community Engagement

Each level provides direction, communication, and accountability to ensure every city operates with excellence and unity under the TPUSA Communities mission.

Most challenges can be resolved at the local level. Own your area, take initiative, and focus on solutions rather than unnecessarily elevating problems.
