# Training & Onboarding

All new Group Presidents and Social Media Coordinators must complete the official onboarding training within two weeks of accepting their roles**.**

1. **Welcome Email** – Includes Communities intro training video and short quiz.
2. **Optional Additional Training** – Select “Yes” on the form and email **coleman.theodore@tpusa.com** to schedule.
3. **Leadership Connection** – Regional Leads and City Chairs must meet with new leaders within one week of joining and invite them to the next team meeting or event.

**Monthly Field Team Refresher Trainings:**

● Two per month, covering topics like event planning, communication, building teams, mission alignment, and more.
