# Ordering an Activism Kit

**Ordering Process:**

If you’re out of several items, a new leader, or have a pending large event (50+ attendees), you’re in the right place! If you’re out of just one or two items, please check out our [Merch Guidelines](/v1/docs/merch-guidelines).

- To order an entirely new Communities kit please source this form [HERE](https://airtable.com/appGDxX4mxZzq19h7/shrmvlNr34aKutGKr).
  - Communities leaders can order an activism merch kit up to twice a quarter (eight times a year or twice every 3 months).
- Please order an activism kit before running out of your material - It’s important to give Distribution **3 weeks** to process and ship the activism materials.
