Mission & Purpose
Mission Statement: TPUSA Communities exists to build a nationwide network of local chapters that activate individuals and families to strengthen their communities, defend American values, and take meaningful action at the local level.
Purpose: Establish TPUSA Communities as the national model for grassroots engagement by building a scalable, chapter-based system that activates individuals and families at the local level and extends TPUSA’s impact beyond campuses and specialty programs.

Director’s Note
From the Desk of the Vice President of Community Engagement
To every TPUSA Communities leader reading this, thank you.
You are not simply part of an organization. You are part of a mission to strengthen communities, develop leaders, support families, and defend the values that make America exceptional.
Real change does not begin in Washington, D.C. It begins in our cities, neighborhoods, churches, workplaces, and homes. It begins when ordinary people decide to take ownership of their communities and lead where they are planted. I know this because I started as a local leader myself.
In 2018, I launched the first chapter of what would eventually become the largest conservative minority grassroots movement in the country. At the time, I had no title, no large platform, and no guarantee of success. What I did have was a conviction that our communities deserved better and that someone needed to step up and lead. That journey taught me a lesson I still believe today: the most important work happens on the ground. It happens through conversations. It happens through relationships. It happens when leaders consistently show up, serve others, and invest in people long before anyone notices or applauds the effort.
TPUSA Communities was built for leaders like that.
Leaders who refuse to sit on the sidelines. Leaders who understand that strong communities do not happen by accident. Leaders who are willing to serve their neighbors, strengthen families, mentor future leaders, and stand for truth even when it is unpopular. Whether you lead through RISE, Families, Young Professionals, or Heroes, your role matters.
Every event you host matters. Every volunteer you develop matters. Every person you encourage matters. Every relationship you build matters. Never underestimate the impact of faithful leadership. A single conversation can change a life. A single event can inspire a future leader. A single chapter can transform an entire community.
The culture will not change itself. Strong families will not rebuild themselves. Future leaders will not develop themselves. That responsibility belongs to people willing to lead. Thankfully, those people already exist. They are the leaders of TPUSA Communities.
Thank you for your commitment, your sacrifice, and your willingness to serve. I am honored to build this movement alongside you.
Together,
Pierre Wilson
